Rates for Flats 1, 2, 3, & 6 & The Grocer’s House do not include Bed linen & Towels.
We can provide these at an extra cost of £10 per head.
This comprises duvet cover, bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person, plus tea towels, and kitchen towel.
Booking is confirmed on payment and acknowledgement of Deposit.
£50 for 1 & 2 - £60 for 3 & 6 - £70 for Houses - all per week
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Our prices are based on the property being left in as clean and tidy a condition as it was on your arrival.
We operate a friendly “ no deposit for damage” policy – but reserve the right to change this at any time and charge for any damage which cannot be classed as “normal wear & tear”- and any extra work we have to do to ensure that the accommodation comes up to our normal standards for the next occupants.
** Except for the Country & Western Festival (probably 3rd September - but check with organisers) and the Glasgow September holiday – 24th September 2009 – when you can book from Friday – Friday.
* GREEN weekly prices are SPECIAL OFF-SEASON RATES - and incorporate approx. 3 nights FREE
