It has one ground floor bedroom, next to a bathroom and toilet, plus a shower and toilet upstairs for the other 2 bedrooms.

It has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 3 TV sets, one with an integral DVD & video player. There are TV ariel sockets in all bedrooms.
